Dave sold my home in the summer of 2017. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my community, his advertising techniques and skills of the trade but most impressive was Dave's personality. He was so calm, learned and personable throughout the whole process. Smoothing the sometimes choppy waters that can occur during house sales with aplomb and expertise.

I asked Dave to help me find my next home a year later and he was the epitome of patience as I probably viewed over 50 homes until I found the perfect one!
