Meet Dave

Dave has been bringing together buyers and sellers as an Real Estate Agent for more than 30 years. His success has come from an ability to listen to his clients needs and provide them with honest hard work and the communication needed to achieve a positive end result. Dave is very proud of the fact that most of his business is generated through recommendations and repeat customers. Some of Dave's clients have used his services more than 10 times in his long, distinguished career; while some still live in the homes he sold them over two decades ago, totally satisfied after buying in the perfect neighbourhood to raise their families.

Dave is sometimes asked what areas of Calgary he works in and the truth is, he sells in all quadrants of the city in addition to outlying areas including Heritage Pointe, Elbow Valley, Okotoks, High River, Airdrie, Cochrane and other satellite communities. His sales success includes starter homes, executive style properties as well as condominiums. When it comes to buying any property, he will make sure you are aware of the many things you need to know to make a smart investment and provide you with the tools and resources needed so you are comfortable and confident with your purchase. When it comes to selling your home, his marketing is clear, concise and consistent with an emphasis on communication.

Having made Calgary his home since 1987 and after a successful radio career, three of the things Dave is most proud of are his two daughters and one grand daughter! Dave's oldest daughter Danielle, the mother of his granddaughter Olivia has built a successful career as a teacher while Dave's second daughter Samantha is following in his footsteps as a successful Real Estate Agent, also with Remax iRealty Innovations.

Dave enjoys travel, music, hiking, a good meal with family and friends as well as the many things that Calgary has to offer, including concerts and sporting events.
